150 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing access to and use of the 150 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. The latest version applies to all registered users.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 150 platform via 150.run, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the 150 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration or use.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of such services.
- Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
150 reserves the right to decline any registration application or terminate the account of any user found to not meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the 150 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
By registering, you are responsible for:
- Provide your full name, email address, and accurate, up-to-date personal information.
- Keep your account password confidential. 150 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.
- Notify 150 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensure that the device used to access the platform is not shared with unauthorised parties.
150 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own actions, unless there is clear evidence of a security compromise that has been promptly reported to us.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 150 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, promotions, or rewards programs through multiple accounts or dishonest methods is a violation of these terms.
The 150 platform must not be used for any money laundering activities or to finance illegal activities. We comply with Malaysia's anti-money laundering laws.
Using the 150 platform to distribute malware, carry out cyberattacks, or disrupt the normal operations of the platform is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
150 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities, should any of the above activities be detected.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 150 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, internet banking via FPX, and other local payment methods listed in the platform's payment portal.
Users agree that:
- Successfully credited deposits are final and cannot be reversed, except in the event of a verified technical error.
- Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe and may only be made to a verified account or payment method registered under the same user's name.
- 150 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal that exceeds the specified limit.
- Any transaction suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering may be held pending the completion of an investigation.
Foreign currency exchange rates do not apply as all transactions are processed in MYR. Any applicable service charges or additional fees will be clearly stated before the user confirms a transaction.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
150's Liability Limits
The 150 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or that it will meet every user's requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 150 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of profits or data.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 150 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software, and game materials — is the property of 150 or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 150.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 150 platform may provide access to third-party services or content, including game providers and payment processors. 150 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of these third parties. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service they access through our platform.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
150 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or if the user provided false information during registration. In cases of legitimate account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews are complete, provided no violations have resulted in a funds freeze.

Changes to These Terms
150 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.
